How to register for the auction:

Please note: online auction registrations are manually reviewed and approved. This may take several business hours. We recommend that anyone who is interested in participating online register as early as possible.

If you are attending the auction IN-PERSON, you will be required to register at the event. Again, online registration and in-person registration are two different things, so register accordingly. It is okay to register for both, just know that one doesn’t get you the other.

1. Visit auctions.OldWestEvents.com on your computer, or load into our app on your smart device. Click on the web address at the left for links to download the app, or search for “Old West Auction” at your appropriate App Store.

2. Under the current auction listing, click on “REGISTER TO BID” (see image below).

3. If you already have an account with us, enter your email address and your password, then click “LOGIN”. If you have successfully logged in, your name will appear on the right side of the top menu (next to “Favorite Artists”). Verify that your contact info is correct, and that a valid credit card is entered. Agree to the auction terms and press “Register”. Your account will appear as “Pending” until it has been reviewed and approved by Old West Events staff. (To see your credit card details, click on your name on the top menu to view your saved information.)

If you have forgotten your password or it won’t work, click “Forgot Password?” and enter your email address. You will be emailed reset instructions. Note: If you get an error message, then you don’t have an account or it has been inactivated. Return to the previous screen and set up a new account.

If you have not registered on this platform before, click “Sign up now”. You will first be required to enter your name and create a password. On the next screen enter your contact information and a valid credit card number (your address must be entered before your card number). Your account will appear as “Pending” until it has been reviewed and approved by Old West Events staff.

4. Once your account has been approved by Old West Events, you will be able to leave bids.
